This is a cool sounding idea. Dat's Italian is putting together a five course meal and each course will be paired with a wine and a beer. Beers will be selected by Rich Mock, who was one of the brewers for Beers Made By Walking last summer. Wines will be selected by Paulina Loveless. You'll need to make reservations in advance, $44 doesn't sound like a bad price at all for all this.


The beers are still in the process of being selected, however here are are the courses:

Course 1 ~ Ravioli and Spinach Brodo Course 2 ~ Beet Salad w/ Gorganzola & Walnuts Course 3 ~ Italian Pork & Ricotta Cheese Stuffed Puffed Pastry w/Marinara Course 4 ~ Shrimp on Rosemary Skewers served w/Parmesan Polenta Course 5 ~ Annisette Pizelle w/Vanilla Bean Ice Cream & Marmellata di arance
