Merle Release Party at Trinity / 5pm
Merle is a member of the new family of strong Belgian ales know as "Super Saisons." The name Nocturnum is inspired by the intimidating jet black color of the beer. Spiced with a blend of sarsaparilla, sassafras, rosemary, coriander, hibiscus and cumin for a perfect balance of spiciness, sweetness, and acidity. At 12.5% ABV, this Saison was once the strongest locally brewed spiced Belgian ale.
