Farmhouse du Tomme release at Trinity Brewing / 5pm
Trinity Brewing / 1466 Garden of the Gods Rd.
The first commercial Saison made by brewer Tom Brown. This beer was inspired by wild ingredients found while hiking for our Beers Made By Walking program. Tom brought the beer to Trinity and perfected the recipe. It was awarded one of the top 10 beers of the year by Denver beer writer, Ed Sealover. The use of amaranth grain imparts a toasty presence in the malt bill, mustard seed lends a nice spiciness to the beer that is balanced with a light citrus from lemon grass. 5.6% ABV.
