Monday, July 22ndZymurgy with Ken Andrews/7p/Bristol Brewing CoZymurgy (zi'mûr'je) -n. The branch of applied chemistry that deals with fermentation processes, as in brewing beer. Ken, microbiologist from Bristol Brewing, will be kicking off the ninth series of weekly Monday classes with CSU Pueblo. These classes are full of information any beer drinker could use. The 10 week "course" is hosted in Ivywild, and drinking beer during the classes is always welcome. "We’ll continue to gain refreshing knowledge on the scientific study of fermentation and production beer brewing."Register at the brewery, $99 for all ten sessions.
