If you weren't able to snag tickets to this year's Great American Beer Festival, first things first; take a deep breath. It is going to be ok!Remember, there's plenty to do in and around our state's Capitol, and you never even have to set foot inside the Convention center! Based in Hood River, OR, they will showcase a variety of their inventive fresh hopped brews at this event, including their Killer Red and Killer Green series.
The 2nd Annual Ska Brewing Co. & Peach Street Distillers Party / 10:30 p.m.
Freschcraft / 1530 Blake Street

For the second straight year Ska Brewing and Peach Street Distillers have teamed up with Freshcraft to create a unique beer and barrel aged cocktail for the GABF crowd. This year there was a call to palates from south of the border. Enter DaSkave de Fuego, a heavily hopped Extra Pale Ale infused with tropical fruit and habanero, aged in a Peach Street D’Agave Gold barrel. After the beer was transferred from the barrel, the team filled the barrel with more Peach Street D’Agave and other great ingredients to create the DaSKAve Bam Bam. This was so much fun last year, and since it's after the festival session, everyone can make it!
