Trinity's May Beer Releases Including the Next Big Thing

April (snow) showers bring May Flowers...we're going to pretend this rhyme was about hops and roll with it. It's May and Trinity has some pretty incredible and somewhat out-of-this-world things coming up.If you're like us and plan your months around beer events, then you probably already know that Saison Fest isn't happening this year. Keep your calendars open in 2018 though, because Trinity plans to bring it back then. Even without a fest to put on this month, Jason and the crew are putting out some pretty amazing beers this month, so definitely make plans to stop in and grab some.If you didn't already know it, Trinity's got some new stuff on tap at the brewpub: Saison Velour, Brett Saison w/ dry hop, Sour Cherry Threads, Nectar Threads, and last but not least Hype Forager aged on Lisbon Lemons. There's also the usual favorites Super Juice and One Ear, and if the weather is chillier than expected, you can warm up with some Chocolate River.Check out their live beer menu feed here:

Beer Releases for May:

Hype Forager Turbid IPA | May 12 at 5pm

This hazy IPA was aged on mandarin oranges. Hype Forager has become one of our go-to IPAs recently.

President's Club 2017 | May 19 at 5pm

Trinity's fruitiest batch of Red Swingline aged on Palisade peaches & apricots. (This beer is amazing)

Next Big Thing | May 26 at 5pm

Justifiably, this could be the worlds "strongest" sour. Trinity and Vanish Farmwoods collaborated during CBC on Next Big Thing and here it is: a Hop-bursted Pedio Sour aged for a year in Chardonnay barrels and sitting at a HUGE 16.6% ABV. Hold onto your hats. Trinity is taking the sour IPA concept and cranking it up past eleven.

So let's all hope the cold weather is behind us and get out there to drink some awesome beers this May!
