Peaks N Pines Brewing Company – Sap Tap Monday @ 12pm* – Poppin Bottles Brut
Every Monday, Peaks N Pines releases a new “sappling” small batch. They’re ringing in the New Year with a champagne inspired brüt ale! This Pale Ale base was brewed to achieve a golden color, brightly light bitterness, and the dry, crisp finish familiar to Brüt champagne. To get the almost-champagne-esque feel, this light ale finished its fermentation with wine yeast added to dry the mouth and emphasize hop flavor. This Sap Tap will be released at 2PM, as Peaks N Pines will be closing at 6 PM in preparation for 2019! Only available for one night, and only until it’s gone. [Event Link]
