Ratio Brings Back King Of Carrot Flowers Saison For Good

Denver, CO (March 14th) - Ask and you shall receive! Ratio Beerworks is making its final seasonal debut of their wildly popular, elderflower and Carrot Saison! Except, it now has a permanent spot on both the taproom and wholesale menu for the King! King of Carrot Flowers is back... forever! 

Join us in the RiNo taproom on March 17th for a special happy hour launch with DJ New Found Cory playing all your favorite pop-punk tunes from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. In addition to righteous music and cold beer, we will also be relaunching our King of Carrot Flowers hot sauce by Oso Hot Sauce, and 6-packs of KOCF to-go. King of Carrot Flowers will be available full time through our wholesale department starting March 21st and can be found in various liquor stores, restaurants, venues and grocers throughout the Denver Metro area.

Vibrant and expressive, this unique Saison showcases the collaboration and creativity that can occur between beer and food while setting senses tingling for a taste. King of Carrot Flowers is fermented with 100% pressed carrot juice and quickly became a fan favorite on our rotating line. This beer comes with a visual kick, presenting an illuminated bright orange hue. Nuances of pear, honey coriander and vanilla set the tone with aromatic beer, followed by subtle subtle notes of fruit and citrus. As with most beers from Ratio, King of Carrot Flowers is all about connecting communities and represents the complete journey from the fields of the farm to the streets of the city. 

First brewed in 2017 for EatDenver’s Harvest Week, this unique and innovative beer made a dynamic splash on the Denver market and left quite the orange mark on both our customers and our staff. Quickly realizing that the people wanted more of “that carrot beer”, Ratio brought it into its line of seasonal rotators as a fall release that was much anticipated by beer lovers and beer-curious customers alike. King of Carrot Flowers finally made its spring debut during the notorious 2020 “Candemic” series, and grew a cult following for both its adventurous flavor palette and newfound accessibility. Ratio is pleased to announce its full-time debut, having a permanent spot on both our taproom and wholesale menus starting in March of 2023.
