Fine Dining Beer Dinner with Oskar Blues at Summit

For those of you looking for a finer beer dining experience in Colorado Springs, the Broadmoor is hosting an Oskar Blues dinner at the fine dining restaurant Summit. Five courses paired with five beers. The menu looks tasty, ranging from Ahi Tuna tartar to a honey spiced Muscovy Duck Breast. This will take place at The Summit, which is directly across the street from the Broadmoor hotel.
