TRiNiTY Turns Five With a Party Worth Attending
TRiNiTY Brewing Co has been celebrating their fifth birthday all week. From a 6 course anniversary dinner stocked full of rare beer and delicious food to the release of their slightly more citrus second batch of Red Swingline, Labor Day Weekend is no different.
Saturday, August 31st they'll be opening their doors at 11am with a VERY impressive tap list. We got a sneak peak, and can't wait to work our way down this list! The beers they'll be tapping in to include the following in addition to their regular lineup:
Brain of the Turtle
Old Growth
Merle
Elektrik Cukumbahh
Emma's Pumpkin Saison
Leopold Whiskey Barrel Aged Passed Stout
Whiskey Barrel Aged Chilly Water
7 Day Sour
Farmhouse Waloon
Ten Minutes of Pleasure
Then, that evening, they'll be hosting some great live music in their barrel room. Barrel House String Band will be playing at 7p followed by Joe Johnson at 9p. Finally, Sunday they'll be expecting birthday bashers to be needing some hair-of-the-dog elixirs, and are discounting Bloody Mary's to keep the anniversary party going.
TRiNiTY Brewing has made it a long way in its first few years. The beers coming out of this fantastic brewery have done the talking for themselves, and this buzz has carried nationwide. Congratulations to TRiNiTY on making it to grade school, and may they have many more successful years filled with great beer.
