Bristol and Paradox Collaboration Dinner

Colorado Springs Craft Week has so many events, we had to pick and choose which ones we were going to attend. We've really been enjoying what the guys (and gal) up the pass at Paradox Beer Company have been creating, and decided to join in on their collaboration dinner with Bristol Brewing and the Blue Star group. The dinner was setup in the Ivywild School gymnasium, which, if you haven't had the chance to visit, still has the ropes the kids climbed and the hardwood floor. In a manner that is unlike most beer dinners, the chefs created each course in the very same room as we sat. This allowed us to see the preparation involved with each course, but also gave the gym some wonderful aromas. If you ever have a chance to attend a beer dinner with either of these breweries, make sure that you do.Without having this blog completely devolve into a food blog, here's some of our photos from the event in no particular order:DSC_0482 DSC_0477 DSC_0476 DSC_0472 DSC_0471 DSC_0468 DSC_0467 DSC_0466 DSC_0465 DSC_0464 DSC_0459 DSC_0444 DSC_0443 DSC_0437 DSC_0434 DSC_0424 DSC_0422 DSC_0421 We hope everyone is having a great Craft Week, and we're excited for the Crafters' Festival on Friday! If we don't see you all there, make sure to stop by Pikes Peak Brewing on Saturday to see the Brew Brothers of Pikes Peak doing their Big Brew Day or check out the Mock Barista Competition.
