To help celebrate Independent's Day (yes it's purposely misspelled), Josh Adamski from Cerberus Brewing and Carrie Simison from The Independent came on the show to talk about their collaboration beer that will be released the weekend before July 4.The collaboration is brewed with British Maris Otter and Caramel malts, then "liberally hopped" with American hops.
