Firkin Rendezvous Exceeded All Expectations

Last Saturday, Bristol finally got to host the 15th Firkin Rendezvous, and to be quite honest, it exceeded all of our expectations. The decision to move the entire event back into the brewhouse was excellent, providing for the shoulder-to-shoulder action we expect out of a Firkin Rendezvous. There was a renewed sense of excitement for the long-held event, and even though there were only 25 or so breweries in attendance (with some not making the trip), there were ample firkins to sample.

A few of our highlights: Red Leg’s Bloody Mary Kölsch, Fossil’s Imperial Cookie Stout and Chain Reaction’s Orange Vanilla Cream ale.
