The Hillside Beer Adventure on August 14th is Sold Out!

If we’re being honest, beer festivals are a bit outdated. Craft beer is now popular enough for breweries to stop giving away their beer and time just in the name of exposure. In that vein, we’re partnering with Hillside Gardens to bring a new kind of beer event to Colorado Springs on August 14th.
If you don’t already know, Hillside Gardens has over 4 acres of gardens here in Colorado Springs and has long been a destination for weddings, gatherings and outdoor music.
The Hillside Beer Adventure is a re-envisioning of what a beer festival can (and frankly—should) be, both in how breweries participate and the value it provides both the hosts and the patrons. The Beer Adventure is first and foremost a social gathering, spread out over the lush acreage of Hillside Gardens. Attendees will be able to mix and mingle through gardens, greenhouses and pavilions—all while seeking out new troves of craft beer along the way. Think of it as a walk in the park, just with some awesome craft beer.
In order to benefit brewers, the Beer Adventure isn’t an event where brewers provide their beer free of charge so another entity can reap the tax write off. The Hillside Beer Adventure has invited some of the top breweries from Colorado Springs and beyond, with the beers all centering on the Summer season, but Hillside is paying each brewery much like any other bar or taproom would. That way, each brewery isn’t losing money by participating. It’s a win-win.
Tickets are on sale now, with VIP and General Admission options. DD tickets will also be available, but details for DD attendees is still being decided on. (We want to make sure it’s worth it to come and NOT drink, too). Participating breweries and a beer list will be available closer to the event.
Similar to our previous Café Craft Coffee and Beer festival back in 2017, admission will include beer tokens, all redeemable for 4 oz pours in a souvenir stainless steel cup. If you run out of tokens and still need to try a few more, additional tokens will be available for purchase.
