Rendezvous at the Rock boasts a pretty impressive brewery list!

This weekend Rockyard Brewing in Castle Rock will host a pretty impressive sounding beer festival. The event, which is a benefit for the Colorado Brewers Guild is one of the first large-scale beer events that I know of. What's super exciting is that there will be a number of new, newish and small breweries in attendance (in addition to some of the Colorado Classics as well) that perhaps you've not been able to try yet, or maybe you've never even heard of some of these breweries before. After all, it's getting more and more difficult to keep track of the hundreds of breweries in planning. This is a great opportunity to try a number of beers from the new boom of CO breweries. Check out the impressive list:

Arvada Beer Company
Black Bottle Brewery

Bootstrap Brewing Company

Brewery Rickoli
Bristol Brewing Company

C.B. & Potts

Caution Brewing Company
Copper Kettle Brewing Company

Dad & Dude's Breweria
Dry Dock Brewing Co.
Elevation Beer Company

Elk Mountain Brewing Company
Epic Brewing Company
Great Divide Brewing Company
Hall Brewing Company

Kokoppeli Beer Company
Left Hand Brewing Company
Lone Tree Brewing Company
O'Dell Brewing Company
Paradox Beer Company

Phantom Canyon Brewing Co.
Pikes Peak Brewing Company
Prost Brewing
Pug Ryan's Brewing Company

Red Leg Brewing Company
Rocky Mountain Brewery

Rockyard Brewing
Strange Brewing Company
Three Barrel Brewing Company

Twisted Pine Brewing Company

Not bad, eh? See any in this list that you've not heard of, or any that you've never been able to try before? My guess is, even the most experienced beer drinker hasn't crossed all these off his/her list yet. In addition to beer there will be some from our own local stars Grass It Up, and that's always a good time.
