Wednesday Sept 17:

Happy Hour with a Cause

Red Leg Brewing is getting in on the charitable giving with their Happy hour with a cause. From their Facebook: "You've made it again, that midpoint in the week is here. Get up and over the hump by hanging out in the taproom enjoying some of our limited release Fresh Hop Pale Ale, and some delicious grub from Bite Me Gourmet Sausage. This evening in particular you will not only be supporting your local brewery and food truck, but from 6-8PM we will be donating $1 from every pint to the Mountain Post Historical Association. Drinking delicious beer never felt so good!"

Saison Dupont Dry Hopped Cuvee tapping

Brewers Republic has a super awesome keg of Saison Dupont's Cuvee Dry hopped. Tapping happens at 4 most likely (they always do them around then)... A note from Saison Dupont's importer Vanberg & DeWulf: "Every year Dupont’s Master Brewer, Olivier Dedeycker, makes a special dry-hopped  version of  the brewery’s world famous Saison Dupont.  This lets him take advantage of different hop varieties each season.  For 2014, he chose the famous English hop, CHALLENGER, renowned for its balance of bittering and aromatic qualities. Importantly, they were cultivated in Belgium by the farm that supplies Olivier’s Golding hops. Using only hop flowers (no pellets, please), he added them to the late boil and dry hopped in cold maturation. The result is “a super refreshing saison with accentuated floral, spice and citrus hop notes."
